Knitting, Crochet and Embroidery
During the summer we have been making flowers and this Autumn, we have been looking at different sorts of edgings which can finish off a garment and lift it from ‘home-made’ to ‘hand-made’. In the New Year we will be looking at the work of Elizabeth Zimmerman. Her ‘Surprise Jacket’ is intriguing and is also a way of using up those odd balls of yarn which are sitting in your stash. We meet once a month in the leader’s home.
