Coming together in friendship to find joy and renewal in recreation, learning and teaching, through a vibrant, effective and inclusive local U3A supported by a community of dedicated volunteers


Bridlington U3A - Yoga

A light-hearted look at the practice of Yoga as a means of brightening your way of life, from sitting on a chair the first week (free choice) to lying on the floor the sixth week (with laughter).

Through the practice of Yoga you may expect to

  1. Improve mobility and ease aches and pains
  2. Regulate body mechanisms eg. enjoy better digestion
  3. Improve the quality of your breathing
  4. Obtain more vitality
  5. Enjoy better sleep
  6. Learn ways to relax
  7. Tone your muscles
